Garment Sewing 101: The Klassic Kimono

Class sessions will be held on Thursdays, May 23, 30, & June 6, 5:30-8:30pm.

This class is the first in a planned series of garment classes.  Sewers of all abilities will flourish in this fun, positive coaching environment as they create elegantly simple wardrobe staples.

For the first project, make a traditional, belted, Kimono-style garment.  It is perfect for a 2nd layer over a tank or cami, beach cover-up, or lounging.  Whether you like your Kimono short, medium or long, there is a length sure to please.  An optional band on the sleeves can match the front trim and add a touch of contrast.  In-seam pockets are included.  Have fun with fabric!
